How to Use
Allow the candle to pool fully so that the wax burns evenly.
Burn for at least 2 hours but no longer than 4 hours.
Make sure to trim the wick before every use, no more than 5mm.
As you inhale the relaxing fragrances, practise mindful breathing techniques. Breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds, and out through your mouth slowly for 10 seconds.
