How to Use

After brushing your teeth, pour 10 ml of the concentrated mouthwash into the dosing cup and dilute with water to reach 20 ml. Swish in your mouth for 30 seconds, then spit out. For a more intense effect, use undiluted. Do not swallow. Suitable for gargling. Recommended for ages 6 and above, and safe for pregnant women.
